Zion Preparatory Academy has been a forerunner and a leader in offering the highest quality early childhood education.  Zion has long recognized what science is now clearly saying:  lifelong learning is fostered through a rich, caring and consistent learning environment (both at home and in school) during the Early years.

Early Childhood Program

Zion’s Early Childhood Program uses the Creative Curriculum, designed to develop the whold child.  The Creative Curriculum framework focuses on the children’s social, emotional, physical, cognitive and language development along with characteristics and experiences that make each child unique.  The program design allows teachers to monitor the development of each child yearly as they progress.  This is combined with the A-Beka, which is a Christian based set of courses that focuses on academic development, interwoven with Christian character development. 

Our Staff

Zion Preparatory Academy’s Early Childhood Program is comprised of a group of unique early childhood professionals.  Unique in that our staff is beyond committed to the holistic success of our children.  They are compassionate, kind and loving.  To keep abreast of the ever changing academic environment, we require our staff to stay enrolled in school.  We also encourage them to utilize their varied experiences as preparation for working with diverse cultures.
