Programs

Part of the mission of Zion Preparatory Academy is to ensure academic excellence in a supportive Afro-centric, Christian-based environment.  To meet the needs of the students in the greater Seattle area, we offer a year-round PreK, a K-3 program, and a year-round Extended Care program (before and afterschool daycare).

All three programs are closely knitted together and students that start in PreK enter the Kindergarten program as early readers and writers.  This early boost give Zion’s students an advantage over their peers as they continue through the K-3 program, well prepared to enter the local school systems (private or public).  The extended care program ensures that students are continuously learning, with programs starting at 6:00 a.m. and running until 6:00 p.m.
